Itzamna Immaculate Entertainment, Inc Preparation will be the name of the game for the next few months as we get ready for The Microphone Sessions and continue growing on all fronts in addition to refurbishing our image. We are augmenting our hip-hop roots to accommodate a variety of artists. A new logo will soon be implemented, and eventually the site will be changed as well. We have traditionally attracted a lot of attention from hip-hop, Neosoul and similar kinds of artists. However, we have reinvented ourselves to appeal to a more general audience, an idea conceptualized by president Itzamna. “I wanted our company to reflect the essence of quality music. I have deep roots in hip-hop but I recognize that quality music is genre-less as well as timeless. I want us to reflect that.” More >>         Microphone Session The Microphone Sessions is still one of our priorities. Within the next few months one of Chicago’s biggest philanthropic writing workshops will kick off. President Itzamna traveled to L.A. to experience the Sessions first hand. Understanding the vibe of the workshop helps IE prepare the Chicago scene for its turn with The Sessions. IE is assisting in panel selection and is developing a marketing strategy for the event as well. Music guru Leila Steinberg is prepared to share her talents with Chicago as well.Though she has done groundbreaking work with her non profits she desires to expand to communities here to develop artists and inspire educational and social change. The project is unfolding and within the next few months it will begin to fully bloom. More >>         The Microphone Sessions IE Marketing Outside of our image and The Microphone Sessions, IE has just recently made some headway with a few companies concerning music-licensing agreements. We may soon contribute music to films, television and commercial interests in the future. Even video game sound tracks are a possibility. No specifics can be given right now but we are optimistic. We have also established new advertising opportunities. Advertising agency Bit was recently introduced to us via a marketing partner and expressed an interest in including some of our music in their shuffles. The company advertises through devices that compile tracks and play them in public spaces.The device works a lot like a jukebox; customers can browse the available selections and choose a song of their liking. The song plays the selection in large public settings, so our artists may soon be heard in places like Water Tower Mall. The newsletter should come out consistently on the first of the month starting in January. The blog will be up and running next year.
