Alma Mendoza - Executive Assistant

Footwork is the name of the game for Alma. She brings 25 years of experience as an executive assistant as well as some business experience to IE. Her love of music inspired her to start a karaoke company and the ambition of the Immaculate Entertainment staff attracted her to the company. Alma's research effort allows IE to function and makes the job of every staff member a little easier but more importantly she has a passion for music. "I love music…. You can find me singing in clubs all over the city".

Xochitl Ramirez - Marketing/Project Managment

Though she is the most recent addition to the staff, Xochitl already has had a great deal of impact on IE and now has a great deal of responsibility. Aside from perfecting her craft as a musician and taking care of her young son, she is preparing to market The Microphone Sessions. The sessions are a writing workshop run by Leila Steinberg and Quincy Jones and it will be a launch pad for the careers of the artist involved. "Everything about the music industry intrigues me. Not only the artistry of it but also the business itself… I actually am super happy to say that I have officially become part of the Immaculate Entertainment team! I've seen nothing but the same drive from the entire staff".

Augustin Portugal - Production

At one time Augie saw music as a hobby but after a few years working with Immaculate Entertainment he has become a full fledged producer. Whether he is making beats or running recording sessions Augie is working to better his craft and further the mission of IE. He describes his sound as something akin to neo-soul but says he is interested in all genres of music, as long as someone is onto it. "I enjoy making music people enjoy and I enjoy being around people who like doing the same thing. IE has allowed me to be involved with people that really dig music and it really makes me want to see this whole thing go as far as it possibly can."

Jorge Jimenez - IT Consultant

Any technical needs that the company requires are fulfilled by Jorge, Immaculate Entertainments enthusiastic tech man. He has been with IE for close to three years but brings ten years of experience to the table and hopes to continue to work here. From setting up music hardware to maintaining networks, Jorge has what it takes to keep IE's gears turning. "The way I see it is that we are a company that will continue to grow and I wish to be able to help us further our musical career."
